Vertigone is my first ever released deathmatch and Skulltag map. As such, do not expect any sort of quality gameplay in it. I had the idea to make a floating castle of sorts, and this is what I came up with. The layout is very odd and in many places it’s almost too cramped to really do anything. There are some neat effects here and there given my skill level at the time, like the BFG room. This map showed off any sort of potential I had in the future more than anything. Overall though, I keep this map around to remind me of how far I’ve come from those days.
